Jerry K. Crouse
Vice Chairman, Tenaska Energy, Inc.
CEO, Tenaska, Inc.

Jerry K. Crouse co-leads Tenaska, an independent energy company concentrating on reliable, cost-efficient and environmentally responsible power plant development, ownership and operations. He is the vice chairman of the Board of Stakeholders and is a member of Tenaska’s five-person executive team. He serves as member on various management committees associated with Tenaska business units. In addition, he was corporate controller and Tenaska’s chief financial officer. Mr. Crouse joined Tenaska in 1991 and has 25 years of financial management and accounting experience, primarily in the energy and services industries. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota.

Ronald J. Nebbia, CPA, ABV
Consulting Partner
Lutz & Company, P.C.

As consulting partner at Lutz & Company, Ronald J. Nebbia specializes in business management, mergers and acquisitions and business valuation consulting, as well as technology and process efficiency consulting. His experience spans a wide variety of industries including wholesale distribution, healthcare, construction and personal service businesses. He joined Lutz & Company in 1987. Mr. Nebbia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Nebraska Society of Certified Public Accountants and the BusinessWorks Software, where he is a member of the business advisory committee. He is active in many community organizations.

Steven W. Seline
Walnut Private Equity Partners, LLC

The president of Walnut Private Equity Partners, Steven W. Seline focuses on transactions and consulting for high net worth families. His extensive background includes vice chairmanships at several private equity firms, helping clients to create value through investment in private and public companies, investments and real estate. Mr. Seline was also partner at one of Omaha’s leading law firms, for more than 20 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and graduated Cum Laude from the Creighton University School of Law. He serves on the boards of several area organizations.

Jerry Torczon
President and Founder
Birchwood Homes, Inc.
Woodlands Homes

President of Birchwood Homes, Inc., Jerry Torczon founded the company in 1978 and then started the Woodlands Homes portion of his business in 1995. His unique understanding of the area’s residential construction market, adherence to strict building practices and his ability to build trust with clients have enabled his companies to successfully meet the challenges of the real estate market. Mr. Torczon serves on numerous area planning and professional organizations including Omaha by Design, the government affairs committee of the Metro Omaha Builders Association, and the Sarpy County Planning Commission.

Greg Boulay
Pella Products of Omaha and Lincoln

Greg Boulay is the owner of Pella Products of Omaha and Lincoln, providing a full range of quality residential and commercial products for new construction, remodeling and replacement projects throughout eastern Nebraska and southwest Iowa. He is a member of the Metro Omaha Builders Association, Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Boulay is a CPA and a previous partner with Lutz & Company.

Sam Marchese
Consolidated Kitchens and Fireplaces (CKF)

Sam Marchese, CEO of Consolidated Supply Co., Inc. (CKF), has operated in Omaha, Nebraska since 1923. Sam & Connie Marchese have owned CKF since 1986. Sam also currently serves on the Cambria Lexus Board of Directors.

CKF provides quality stone countertops, cabinets and Closet Organization with award winning quality  design. CKF is committed to providing personalized customer service in a uniquely designed home-like atmosphere. CKF also has locations in Lincoln, Nebraska and Des Moines, Iowa.

Sam is married to wife Connie and has 5 Children and 9 grandchildren. He enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
