Frequently Asked Questions

When we talk to our customers there are a select number of questions we commonly answer. So to help serve you better, we wanted to make sure you had another avenue to get your information as well. You will notice that we generally provide three common ways to determine the answers to several of these questions – Online Banking, Mobile App, and calling one of our locations.


+ What is my balance?

This is our top question we face on a daily basis! Here are the places you can find out your balance:

 

a.     Online Banking – login to your account from your desktop to www.premierbankne.com. You will find both your current balance and your available balance. Your Available Balance reflects any transactions that have gone through your account that current business day and have yet to officially post to your account.

b.     Mobile Banking – login to your account using our Premier Bank mobile app (hint – the login information is the same as your online banking). Once logged in, you will find both your current balance and your available balance. Your Available Balance reflects any transactions that have gone through your account that current business day and have yet to officially post to your account.

c.     Call 402.558.8000 – one of our great employee members will be happy to assist you with finding out your balance – be prepared to verify your identity if the person helping you can’t recognize your voice. The safety of your accounts is our top priority and we take it very seriously. 


+ How much is my direct deposit?

We don’t know about you, but having deposits in our accounts make us smile too! So here are a couple of great ways to check on how much your direct deposits are:

 

a.     Online Banking – login to your account from your desktop to www.premierbankne.com. By clicking on each specific account link, you will be able to see your transaction history including direct deposits. If you want to go back further, click on the “Transactions” tab at the top and select the time frame you want to look at by date.

b.     Mobile Banking – login to your account using our Premier Bank mobile app (hint – the login information is the same as your online banking). Once logged in, you will click on the account number and will find your direct deposit information.

c.     Call 402.558.8000 – one of our great employee members will be happy to assist you in finding out what your direct deposit is – again, be prepared to verify your identity if the person helping you can’t recognize your voice. The safety of your accounts is our top priority and we take it very seriously. 


+ I made a deposit over the weekend. When will it show up in my account?

All deposits that occur on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or Federal holiday will post to your account on midnight of the following business day.

+ How do I transfer money between my Premier Bank accounts?

a. Online Banking – login to your account from your desktop to www.premierbankne.com. Click on the “Transfer” Tab and complete the form and click “Submit Transfer” button.

b. Mobile Banking – login to your account using our Premier Bank mobile app (hint – the login information is the same as your online banking). Once logged in, select the “Transfers” option from the menu and select “New Transfer.” Complete the required fields and click “next,” then click “Submit” after reviewing the information.

c. + How do I set up a payee to my Bill Pay?

a. Sign into your online banking account through your computer.
b. Select the Bill Pay tab on the top.
c. Select Add Payee option.
d. Select Payee Type in the drop-down menu.
e. Complete the necessary fields
f. Click Submit.

Mobile App Deposit Frequently Asked Questions

The mobile deposit is one of our favorite new features. Since it allows you to deposit a check into your account, please make sure you contact the bank to ensure that you are set up with this deposit feature. -->

+ Is there a charge for the mobile app deposit feature?

The first 4 deposits per month are free. There is an additional $.50/each charge after that.

+ How do I make a mobile deposit on the Premier Bank app?

a. Sign into your account on the mobile app.
b. Select the Deposit button option in the Menu.
c. Select the New Deposit Button
d. Read and Accept the Mobile User Agreement
e. Select the account you would like to deposit into.
f. Input the dollar amount on the check (note: it must be the full written amount as opposed to the numeric amount on the right).
g. Select the Take Photo Button for both the Check Front & Check Back.
h. Follow instructions on the screen to take the photo of both sides of the check.
i. Select the arrow button at the bottom
j. Verify the information and press the green check box.

+ How do I set up Bill Pay payee on the mobile app?

a. Sign into your account on the mobile app.
b. Select the Bill Pay button option in the Menu.
c. Select Pay Bill or Add Payee option.
d. Follow prompts

+ When will my mobile deposit show up on my account?

All mobile app deposits must be made by 4pm CST in order to be processed the same business day. Any mobile app deposits made after 4pm CST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

+ Are there limits on how much I can deposit on the mobile app?

Yes, you are allowed to deposit up to $2,500/day.

+ What if I attempt to make a deposit over my limit?

That deposit will not be credited to your account and you will need to either mail the check or visit a Premier Bank location near you. Checks CAN NOT be redeposited.

+ How long do I need to keep a copy of the check after I have deposited it on the mobile app?

Please keep your deposited check in a safe and secured place for 45-days after your deposit.
